Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept "exchanges" for store credit on eligible sales.
How do I return?
Please email us (1stclassvtg@gmail.com) with your order number and some reasons as to you would like to exchange tour order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if we havent sent you an email confirming your order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you would like a refund please view the drop-downs above.
Can I change my address after i've placed an order?
Yes, if we have not fulfilled your order we can change your address.
If we have already fulfilled your order, there is nothing we can do. You are able to send it back for a refund once it arrives. If you would like us to try and send it again the customer will need to pay for shipping.

How long is shipping?
We pack all orders same or next day and U.S. shipping is around 1-5 business days (International shipping will take longer unless you pay for faster delivery)

Yes! All of our pieces are authentic vintage items from top brands like Nike, Carhartt, and more. Each piece is preloved, dating back to the ‘80s, ‘90s, and early 2000s
We do not sell counterfeit items.
Why cant I find the item I saw on your Instagram yesterday?
Most likely it sold - all of our items are 1 of 1 meaning once they sell their usually gone. Theres always a change however they they'll come back!
Whats the condition of the clothes?
All of our pieces are second hand meaning items may have signs of wear or natural distressing. We believe this ads to the character of the piece.

How does sizing work?
Because these items are pre-loved, they often done fit true to they're tagged size.
