1STCLASS RETURN & LOST PACKAGE POLICY

RETURNS

At 1stclass, all sales are final due to the unique nature of our one-of-a-kind vintage items. However, if you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we offer store credit as a courtesy.

Return Guidelines:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are required to purchase a return label from our site to start the return process: Return Label Link

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll be issued store credit equal to your order value (excluding shipping).

  • Store credit can be used toward any future item(s) that suit your style better.

We do not offer refunds.
All eligible returns receive store credit only.


LOST PACKAGE POLICY

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at 1stclassvtg@gmail.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

What Happens Next:

  • We'll open an investigation with the shipping carrier, which can take 14–25 days.

  • Once the investigation is complete and the package is confirmed lost, you'll receive one of the following:

    • A reshipment (if the item is still in stock), or

    • A store credit for the full purchase amount.

We do not offer refunds for lost packages.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
